Funny Speaks!

Had the funniest thing said to me today by one of the kids I work with:

" Ms. Kelly, do you have kids? "

No.

"Do you have babies?"

Well, No.

"Do you have a dog?"

Yes. His name is Sammy.

"Oh, why don't you have any kids?"

I don't know. I just don't.

"You're silly!"

Huh? This is a typical dialog we have every once in a while. I think he is trying to tell me something. That if I work with kids, therefore I must have kids!

First post! So exciting! I've been meaning to do one of these things for a while now. Just something that could sedate my boredom. So here it is!

Dear VA Weather,
You know it is OK to have a "true" spring every once in a while considering you just gave me the first coldest winter of my life (and first may I add!). So transitioning would be a lot easier for me if you went for 30F to maybe 70F for a while instead of 90F and humid as all get out! Thanks!

Dear Husband,

Thanks for getting me butter pecan ice cream last night. Sorry I was crabby. Hot weather makes me cranky.

I love your doggie breath...is that weird! So what you love it! :)
